It's a simple, easy, fancy and healthy recipe!
Ingredients: Makes 6 servings
- Two 120z Frozen Mango Bags or 4 pieces of fresh mango
- 1 cup of pure mango juice (good quality)
- 1 box of Jello-O Island Pineapple
- 4 Tablespoons of Cool Whip (Lite or Regular)
Directions:
- Cook the gelatin as directed to on the box but with only 1 cup of water (1/2 cup of boiled water & 1/2 cup of cold water). This is to increase the flavor and the density. After it's cooked, let it cool down for 10 minutes.
- Puree all the ingredients (frozen mango, juice, gelatin and cool whip) in a blender.
- Pour into the serving cup of your choice and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
